What does it mean to Simply BE YOU?

So often we can get bogged down by what others think of us and overwhelmed with the demands that we place on ourselves to be perfect that we forget to care for ourselves and invite some PLAY, JOY, and LIGHT into our lives.

We forget that simply being without having to DO anything is all we really need in order to be truly fulfilled, happy, and joyful in our life.

Of course, we have commitments, children, spouses, careers, life to attend to BUT wouldn’t it be great if all of that became easier and less heavy and demanding?

I can relate to wanting to ” have it all” , ” do it all” and ” be it all” to everyone in my life.  I can relate to being overwhelmed and wondering when my next ” break” was or feeling that I needed a vacation REALLY SOON!

And I can relate to wanting to be the BEST VERSION OF MYSELF and not quite knowing how to get there.

I have spent the past decade figuring this out for myself and healing so many issues that I was carrying around with me.  I have learned to connect within my heart and discover my soul’s purpose here on earth and to live a life with truth, grace, and authenticity.

I have learned and developed many tools that I use in my day-to-day life that help me stay GROUNDED, CONNECTED, and UPLIFTED in all that I do… ( even the things I don’t “want” to do)

And I am incredibly passionate about creating space for others to learn to listen to their own inner guide and learn to live the life they deserve and desire.

Retreats are something that I am passionate about offering because it allows us to dis-connect from everyday routine so we can re-connect within ourselves and get to know ourselves more deeply and intimately.

We immerse ourselves in nature, in a beautiful surrounding that inspires us to ask the questions we may fear asking normally and be open to hearing the answers.  We learn and grow and then bring that knowledge and new sense of knowingness into our daily lives so that we can transform our reality into one that is in better alignment with who we are and where we’re headed on our journey.

And so the journey begins…..

Day 1

Friday, August 11th

5pm ~ Arrival and Welcome Circle ~ Intention Setting for our time together, sharing, and learning more about each other

6pm ~ Yoga Practice

7pm ~ Light Dinner

8pm ~ Chakra Balancing Meditation

8:30pm ~ Relax, kick back and enjoy a campfire, jacuzzi, and glass of wine.

Day 2

Saturday, August 12th

8:30am ~ Breakfast 🙂

9:00am ~ Morning Yoga Practice ~  An Inclusive Practice for Every-BODY to Uplift and Restore your body, mind, and soul

10:30am ~ Simply Be You Workshop #1 ~ Letting go of the Opinions of Others & Embracing Freedom

12:30pm ~ Lunch

1:00pm – 3:00pm ~ Free Time ~ This time is just for YOU; visit the animals, read a book, go in the jacuzzi, take a walk, nap, or whatever your heart desires ♥

3:00pm ~ Simply Be You Workshop #2 ~ Embracing your Divine Gifts and what makes you uniquely YOU!

6:00pm ~ Dinner

8:00pm ~ Campfire, Sharing, Chill Out Time

Day 3

Sunday, August 13th

8:00am ~ Yoga Practice with ” I am Love ” Heart Opening Meditation

9:00am ~ Delicious Brunch

10:30am ~ Group Circle ~ Celebrating YOU

  • Casselodge has 4 guest rooms to be shared amongst retreat guests (3 rooms have 1 Queen and 1 Double size bed, and a 4th room has only 1 Queen bed).

  • Massage Therapy with on-site therapist (Reserve in advance, extra fee)
  • Farm visit with François Sat. afternoon (49 animals, incl. 6 miniature horses)
