Over the past 10 years I have been helping women invite more ease, joy, love, and peace into their lives through easy and accessible self-care and self-healing tools.

 
And I am incredibly passionate about creating space for others to learn to listen to their own inner guide and learn to live the life they deserve and desire.

70 acres are yours to explore! A mixture of new and old growth forest surround you as you walk in breathtaking silence; you can almost hear your heartbeat. You breathe gently so as not to disturb the immaculate stillness.

Your thinking mind slows down. There is a magical quality to this space. Sensing it is here you will reconnect with all that life has to offer, you are reminded of the deep peace, love, and joy that pervades every moment. Day 1

Friday, November 24th

5pm ~ Arrival and Welcome Circle ~ Intention Setting for our time together, sharing, and learning more about each other

6pm ~ Yoga Practice

7pm ~ Light Dinner

8pm ~ Meditation

8:30pm ~ Relax, kick back and enjoy this time for you.

Day 2

Saturday, November 25th

*This is a stand alone option also for those who wish to come for one day only. If you are choosing this option your arrival time will be at 9am and departure at 4pm. This option includes lunch.

9:00am ~ Morning Yoga Practice ~  An Inclusive Practice for Every-BODY to Uplift and Restore your body, mind, and soul

10:30am ~ Awaken to You Workshop #1 ~ Body Love and Appreciation through Self-Care

12:30pm ~ Lunch

1:00pm – 3:00pm ~ Free Time ~ This time is just for YOU; read a book, go in the sauna, take a walk, nap, or whatever your heart desires ♥

3:00pm ~ Awaken to You Workshop #2 ~ Transform your Sensitivity into your Greatest Superpower

6:00pm ~ Dinner

8:00pm ~ Meditation and Healing Circle

Option #1: Full Weekend Retreat ~ Two Days, Two Nights 

Option #2: Saturday only Day Retreat from 9am-4pm

Home Away From Homeyogagardenretreatland

Yoga Garden Retreat land is filled with pristine forest nestled in the natural beauty of the Gatineau Hills. The land invites us to gentle contemplation with it’s inherent serenity and natural beauty.

We are located only 45 minutes north of downtown Ottawa and just 15 minutes from beautiful Wakefield, QC.

Relax on a sandy beach at the edge of our semi-private lake: Petit Lac Usher. Cool off with a swim in the summer, practice yoga on Stand Up Paddle Boards, or take a tour in a canoe.

Our lacto-ovo Vegetarian Cafe is fueled by our organic vegetable garden as well as local organic farms. We eat well to be well. Our delicious and nutritious meals will ensure you glow from the inside out!

Lush gardens include a Zen Garden and Walking Meditation Garden. There are many walking/hiking trails to explore and peaceful hideaways to discover!
